• There are more than two million people in the UK who are living with or have previously had cancer. The 10 year survival rate for cancer is now approaching 50 per cent - double the figure of 30 years ago - and our work stands to further increase this figure in Yorkshire and around the world.
• Cancer is still responsible for 1 in 4 of all deaths in the UK, so it's vital we accelerate our progress in tackling this terrible disease. With your help, we can fund even more research projects and develop more treatments.
