If you're looking to take on some voluntary work - even if you only have a few hours to spare - there are plenty of ways you can volunteer for us. We are always in need of people to help us spread the word and raise money to fund world-class cancer research.

	Join a local committee   If you're really eager to join our team and want to get involved in some interesting events at the same time, you can sign up to be a member of one of our voluntary committees. They're based throughout Yorkshire and you can help out as much or as little as you like through the year. Click here to find your nearest committee.
	Help out at one of our shops If you're able to volunteer for a few hours a week at one of our shops in Northallerton, Tadcaster or Halifax, simply pop into the shop or contact Sally on 01423 877235 or email sally@ycr.org.uk. Find a shop.
	Promote our events If you think you can help us by distributing flyers and posters to make our events a success, or you want to share your marketing expertise, get in touch with our events team by ringing 01423 877210 or emailing events@ycr.org.uk.
	Marshal at our events Whether you're handing our refreshments or making sure people take the right route, helping out at our big events is one of the most rewarding volunteer experiences you can have! If you can give up a few hours please take a look at our current volunteer opportunities.
