Terms and Conditions

1. All cards are supplied with envelopes.
2. Overseas orders not available.
3. Please let us know if you would like a VAT receipt.
4. We have a separate catalogue of 16 designs which are available for overprinting. Please let us know if you would like us to send you a copy of the catalogue.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days if the goods are in stock.  If the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again.  If we cannot source the item we will substitute a similar design or contact you to inform you.  After 7 December, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see returns policy).  Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.  If any goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unsed condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
