What difference will I make?
Yorkshire is one of the regions hardest hit by cancer. More people are diagnosed with cancer in Yorkshire each year than in many other parts of England and one in two cancers are diagnosed at a late stage when it’s often harder to treat. By fundraising for Yorkshire Cancer Research, you are helping to change this.
With your support, we can continue to fund pioneering cancer research and services that save and improve the lives of people with cancer in Yorkshire, and beyond.
How do I get in touch?
If you have any questions, please contact Caitlin, Chloe or Bekah in the Events Team on 01423 877210 or events@ycr.org.uk.
Quote from Chris Pickles
The Great North Run was a superb experience, I loved every minute. I saw so many people wearing Yorkshire Cancer Research vests and said hi to as many as I could. The atmosphere was out of this world. Crossing the Tyne Bridge was something quite special, but that final mile absolutely blew me away."
