Yorkshire Cancer Research's response to the government's Spending Review 2025

On 11th June 2025, the Chancellor and Leeds MP Rachel Reeves made a speech in Parliament to set out the Government's spending and investment plans until 2029, via the Spending Review 2025. The Charity sent an initial response to HM Treasury that afternoon, reflecting on the announcements that particularly affect cancer and research in Yorkshire.

This picture may change as more information comes forward: the Charity will continue to make sure that Yorkshire's voice is heard as the finer details of these spending commitments are considered and agreed.
