Parking
Foss Island Retail Park has free parking for two hours.
Accessibility
The shop is level and accessible and has a lift to the upper floor as well as an accessible fitting room. There are also customer toilets.
Donation point
The donation point is available at the rear of the ground floor, except on Wednesdays when it is closed and donations cannot be accepted.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters, we are currently receiving a high number of donations and may need to close the donation point to process them.
Please call 01904 580040 to check donations are being accepted before you travel.

What we can't accept in store
While we are very grateful for every donation there are a few things we are unable to take in at our shops.
- Items in poor condition
- White goods
- Nightwear and underwear
