Active Together Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven is open for patients being treated at Airedale NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following cancers:

• Colorectal cancer
• Breast cancer

Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals. Healthcare professionals can find out how to make a referral here. If you're not eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
