Join Active Together Harrogate content

Your nurse or doctor will need to refer you to Active Together. By registering your interest today we can:

Explain what the Active Together service offers, the type of support we provide and how referrals are made
Give you clear information to share with your nurse or doctor, who can advise whether a referral is appropriate for you.

Active Together Harrogate is available to people who:

Live in Yorkshire
Are aged 18 or over
Can attend in-person appointments in Harrogate, including at least the initial and final appointments.
Are preparing for or receiving cancer treatment that aims to cure the cancer or have completed active treatment within the past 12 months
