Who can take part?
Active Together Barnsley is currently open for patients being treated at Barnsley Hospital NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following cancers:
- Lung cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Upper gastrointestinal cancers
- Hepatobiliary cancers
- Haematological cancers
- Urological cancers
- Gynaecological cancers
Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. Healthcare professionals can find out how to make a referral here. If you're not eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
