Who can take part?
Active Together Rotherham is currently open for patients being treated at The Rotherham NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following cancers:
- Lung cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Upper gastrointestinal cancer
- Hepatobiliary cancer
- Gynaecological cancer
- Head and Neck cancer
Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. Healthcare professionals can find out how to make a referral here. If you're not currently eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
