Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for Active Together, people must meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 or over
- Resident of Yorkshire
- Able to travel to Yorkshire Cancer Research, Hornbeam Square West, Harrogate HG2 8PA for initial and final appointments
- Have consented to the referral
- Able to follow basic instructions
- Have received a cancer diagnosis or completed active treatment within the past 12 months
- Be on a curative pathway.
If you believe you meet these criteria, please speak to your GP or other healthcare professional for a referral.

The Yorkshire Cancer Research Centre has been designed with accessibility in mind. The consultation rooms, changing rooms, studios and visitor toilets are all on the ground floor and are all wheelchair accessible. The building has been designed to be as dementia friendly as possible.
