Complaints procedure

Yorkshire Cancer Research welcomes feedback. It helps us understand what is going well and where we can improve. 

We aim to respond to all complaints and concerns, and resolve them quickly, fairly and sensitively.

If you are dissatisfied and wish to register a formal complaint, you can do so by:

  • Providing your feedback to us via email
  • Speaking to our supporter care team on 01423 501269
  • Writing to us at: Yorkshire Cancer Research, Hornbeam Square West, Harrogate HG2 8PA

We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and seek to provide a formal response within twenty working days.

Most people who make a complaint to us feel happy that we have resolved it with them. However, if you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, please let us know and we will ask a senior member of staff to investigate further.
