Who can take part?
Active Together Sheffield is currently open for patients being treated at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following cancers:
- Upper gastrointestinal cancer
- Lung cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Urological cancer
- Gynaecological cancer
- Head and neck cancer
Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time.
We hope to expand the service to include other types of cancer in the near future. If you're not currently eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
