Who can take part?
Active Together Sheffield is currently open for cancer patients receiving curative treatment at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The cancer types currently accepted include upper gastrointestinal, lung, colorectal and many others.
Referrals can only be made by healthcare professionals from the hospital. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time.
We hope to expand the service to include other types of cancer in the near future. If you're not currently eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
