Who can take part?
Active Together is for patients over 18 years old who are receiving curative treatment at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
Referrals onto the service can only be made by hospital teams. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. If you would like to start referring patients to Active Together at Airedale NHS Trust, please contact us on Anhsft.airedaleactivetogether@nhs.net.
