Who can take part?
Active Together Hull is now open for patients over 18 years old who are receiving curative treatment at Hull Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers:
- Upper gastrointestinal cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Head and neck cancer
- Gynecological cancer
Referrals onto the service can only be made by hospital teams. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. If you would like to start referring patients to Active Together Hull, please contact us on 030333011051 or activetogetherhull@nhs.net.
