Who can take part?

Active Together Mid Yorkshire is currently open for patients being treated at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following cancers:
 

  • Lung cancer
  • Colorectal cancer
  • Head and neck cancers
  • Upper gastrointestinal cancers
  • Haemotological cancers
  • Urological cancers

Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. If you would like to start referring patients to Active Together Mid Yorkshire, please contact us on midyorks.activetogether@nhs.net.
