Who can take part?
Active Together Rotherham is currently open for patients over 18 years old who are receiving curative treatment at The Rotherham Hospital NHS Trust and have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers:
- Lung cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Upper gastrointestinal cancer
- Hepatobiliary cancer
- Gynaecological cancer
- Head and Neck cancer
Referrals onto the service can only be made by hospital teams. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. If you would like to start referring patients to Active Together Rotherham, please contact us on rgh-tr.active.together.rotherham@nhs.net or 01709 302962.
