Who can take part?
Active Together Doncaster and Bassetlaw is currently open for patients being treated at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who have been diagnosed with colorectal, lung and upper gastrointestinal cancers.
Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time. We hope to expand the service to include other types of cancer in the near future. If you're not eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
