Who can take part?
Active Together Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven will soon be open for patients being treated at Airedale NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following cancers:
- Breast cancer
- Colorectal cancer
Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals. We hope to expand the service to include other types of cancer in the near future. If you're not eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
