Who can take part?
Active Together is currently open for patients being treated at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust, who have been diagnosed with the following:
- Lung cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Head & neck cancers
- Upper gastrointestinal cancers
- Haemotological cancers
- Urological cancers
Referrals onto the service can only be made by healthcare professionals. We cannot accept self-referrals at this time.
We hope to expand the service to include other types of cancer in the near future. If you're not currently eligible to take part, you can still explore our resources section.
