What is the Charity’s open access policy?
Europe PubMed Central is a scientific literature repository where researchers deposit funded, peer-reviewed publications to ensure they are freely accessible to the public and to facilitate open science. All research papers that have been accepted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal and are supported in whole or in part by the Award should be made open access within six months of publication. Yorkshire Cancer Research is a funder of Europe PMC, so there are no additional costs for Award holders depositing a manuscript in the Europe PMC repository.
